How do I make a purchase?
Making a purchase is easy. Once you have found an item you wish to purchase, select your size and click on the ADD TO BAG button. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the CART link at the top of the page. You can use the REMOVE link to delete items from your shopping bag. Click on PROCEED TO CHECKOUT to complete your order.

How do I change my email adress or password?
Sign into your Bruna Malucelli account and click My Account where you can find a change password field.
I’ve forgotten my login/password. What should I do? 
Click SIGN IN at the upper right corner of any Bruna Malucelli page and then click FORGOT PASSWORD? A page asking you to reset your password will open.

What payment methods does Bruna Malucelli accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. You can also choose to pay with PayPal.
Is my personal information kept private?
Please be assured that we take data protection seriously, and your information will not be shared.

Where does Bruna Malucelli deliver?
We ship globally via DHL. As listed here.
Does Bruna Malucelli ship to multiple adresses?
We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination.
Does Bruna Malucelli ship to P.O. Boxes?
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Does Bruna Malucelli ship to hotels?
Yes, we can deliver to your hotel.

Do I have to sign for delivery?
Yes, we will require a signature upon delivery for all goods shipped.
Can I change the shipping adress on my order?
We can only change the shipping address of an order before it has been packed. Please contact info@brunamalucelli.com
Can I track my shipment?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping and tracking details. You will also be able to track your order by accessing your Bruna Malucelli account.

Do I have to pay customs and import charges?
Customs and import taxes are customer’s responsibility, and Bruna Malucelli is not responsible for reporting or paying these taxes.

Do you return Bruna Malucelli regular Collection?
We review return requests one by one. If you need to return a non-bespoke item please contact us at info@brunamalucelli.com. We strongly encourage you to email us at sizing@brunamalucelli.com with any questions regarding fit and sizing so you can choose the right size for you as we cannot guarantee a returns at this time.

Do you return Bespoke items?
We are not able to accept any form of refund or exchange for personalized swimsuits.

No. You can only have letters and symbols like (!@#$”*&’?).

How can I return a Bespoke item?
Customized items are considered to be Final Sale and are not eligible for returns.

Avoid ringing and twisting. Hang or lay flat to dry.Do not put your swimwear in the dryer.Do not iron and do not dry clean.
