Yes, we deliver worldwide.

Orders are shipped via FedEx International Shipping. This service is fully trackable.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free express worldwide shipping. If you’re a Brazilian customer, head to our Brazilian website.

When my order will be shipped?

We dispatch orders every business day. It takes 1-2 business days to process your order before shipping. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be shipped the following business day.

Once your parcel has been shipped, you will be sent an email confirmation with tracking information.

How do I track my parcel?

Once your order has been shipped your email confirmation will include a tracking number to ensure that you can track your parcel right up until it arrives.

Does Bruna Malucelli cover the cost of import taxes?

We do not cover the cost of import taxes or duties, these are payable by the customer. These costs are levied by your local customs authority and we don’t have any control over them. Please note, these charges do not apply on orders from the United States under $1000 USD.

What is Bruna Malucelli return policy?

We want you to love your Bruna Malucelli pieces. If you decide your order is not quite right, you can return it to us within 15 days for a 110% store credit (valid for 6 months).

Do I have to pay for returns?

We offer Free Express Shipping on all orders, however, we do not cover the cost of returns. If you decide to return your order, you will be required to pay $20 USD to cover the cost of return postage. This will be deducted from your store credit amount.

Do you offer exchanges?

No, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please request a return for a store credit and place a new order.

What are your sale T&C's?

No refunds or exchanges on final sale items. Sale items can be returned for a 100% store credit only.
