What payment methods does Bruna Malucelli accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. You can also choose to pay with PayPal.

What if I need to cancel my order?

There are varying time limits in which you can cancel your order dependent on which item you’ve purchased.

For Bespoke items, please reach out to us within 24 hours. For items from regular collections, please contact us the soonest possible, as we need to check if the item has not yet been dispatched because once an order ships we’re unable to cancel it.

If you do need us to cancel an order, please contact us at help@brunamalucelli.com right away.

When will my order arrive?

Personalized items take 3 weeks to be produced. Other items take 1 to 2 business days to be processed and separated. After your order is ready to go, DHL takes it from there.

Delivery time to U.S and Canada is 3 business days. For the rest of the world is 4-8 business days.

Please note that sometimes processing non-bespoke items may take longer, depending on our ability to meet the prevailing order volume. We do our very best to keep up with our stock, but due to demand, some items may be purchased on backorder and may be delayed. In case of shipping delays for any reason we will inform you via e-mail as soon as possible.

We do not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sundays or holidays.

Is my personal information kept private?

Please be assured that we take data protection seriously, and your information will not be shared.

Where does Bruna Malucelli deliver?

We offer worldwide shipping via DHL Express Shipping.

Does Bruna Malucelli ship to multiple adresses?

We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination.

Does Bruna Malucelli ship to P.O. Boxes?

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Does Bruna Malucelli ship to hotels?

Yes, we can deliver to your hotel.

Do I have to sign for delivery?

Yes, DHL requires someone to sign on delivery for all goods shipped.

Can I change the shipping adress on my order?

We can only change the shipping address of an order before it has been packed. Please contact us at help@brunamalucelli.com so we can check the possibility of making the necessary change.

Can I track my shipment?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping and tracking details. You will be able to track your order by accessing your Bruna Malucelli account or accessing DHL’s website.

Do I have to pay customs and import charges?

Please be aware that Bruna Malucelli is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Do you return Bruna Malucelli regular Collection?

Due to being a small business based in Brazil, the logistics behind our return service is still under development. So currently, Bruna Malucelli does not accept refund requests and the customer has up to 7 days to exchange the item for a different size.

If you need to evaluate if your piece is up for returning, please reach out to us at help@brunamalucelli.com.

We strongly encourage you to email us with any questions regarding fit and sizing so you can choose the right size for you as we cannot guarantee you’ll be able to return your purchased item.

Do you return Bespoke items?

All personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged for a different size or color. So if you have any questions about sizing, fit, or fabric, please reach out to help@brunamalucelli.com before placing your order.

If an item is damaged, what is my recourse?

All items are carefully inspected during manufacturing and before it is shipped to the customer. However if you do receive damaged goods, or have any other problem with your item, please contact us immediately at help@brunamalucelli.com so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.

BESPOKE

How can I return a Bespoke item?

Customized items are not eligible for returns. So if you have any questions about sizing, fit, or fabric, please reach out to help@brunamalucelli.com before placing your order.

If a Bespoke item is damaged, what is my recourse?

Can you rush my Bespoke order?

All bespoke swimsuits are handcrafted to order. We are not able to rush any bespoke orders.

How long will it take for me to receive my Bespoke Order?

The estimated delivery window for a Bespoke item is 3 weeks for production plus delivery time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping and tracking details. You will also be able to track your order by accessing your Bruna Malucelli account.

How many characters my Bespoke lettering can have?

You can have up to 11 characters. If you have any special request please contact bespoke@brunamalucelli.com.

Can I have numbers in my Bespoke lettering?

No. You can only have letters and symbols like (!@#$”*&’?).

  • Hand washing is always recommended.
  • Do not bleach your swimwear.
  • Avoid ringing and twisting.
  • Hang or lay flat to dry.
  • Do not put your swimwear in the dryer.
  • Do not iron.
  • Do not dry clean.
