Tell me about PRE-ORDER shipping

If your order is a PRE-ORDER item, the item is currently being made at our atelier. Your item will ship within 1-3 weeks (depending on item availability). Why pre-oder? We’re a small brand offering sizes XS to 4X, so it’s untangible keeping so much stock at the present time. But don’t worry, we will produce your item in a short time!

When will my PRE-ORDER order ship?

Here’s how it works: you order, we manufacture your item, then we ship. 

Ordering takes a few seconds. Manufacturing and shipping your item takes 1 to 3 weeks. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

  • - Swimwear: shipped within 1-2 weeks

 

  • - Clothing: shipped within 2-3 weeks

 

- Bespoke (personalized): shipped within 1-3 weeks

  • - Accessories: in stock (1 to 7 business days)

U.S and Canada: $15

Rest of the world: $20

When will my in stock order ship?

Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days (and orders placed after 1pm ET are processed the next business day). Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

 

  •  U.S and Canada (1-2 business days): $15 (shipping is free when you spend $250 or more)

 

  • Rest of the world (2-8 business days): $20

Returns & Exchanges

How can I edit my shipping address?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email help@brunamalucelli.com.

How do I place a return or exchange?

We're sorry you didn't love your product. Please reach out to help@brunamalucelli.com with your order number and the products you'd like to return, and we'll take care of the rest. Please note, we don't offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, return the original item and place a new order.

What’s your return policy?

We accept returns on all our pieces within 10-days of purchase to the original form of payment. After that, you'll receive a store credit. You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded (and returns will have a $4 restocking fee deducted from the refund total when processed). 
Please note that customized items and final sale items cannot be returned. Email us at help@brunamalucelli.com and we'll help you place the return.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover and PayPal.

Do I have to pay customs and import charges?

Please note that Bruna Malucelli is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.

What can I do if my payment is declined?

Here are a few things to check if your payment didn’t go through: Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system. Is your card expired? Your card issuer may have declined your payment. They don’t tell us the reason for this, so it’s best to check with them before trying your card again. If none of these apply, please contact us at help@brunamalucelli.com. We’re happy to help!

How can I update or cancel my order?

Please email us at help@brunamalucelli.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order.

Is my personal information kept private?

Be assured that we take data protection seriously, and your information will not be shared.

If an item is damaged, what is my recourse?

All items are carefully inspected during manufacturing and before it is shipped to the customer. However if you do receive damaged goods, or have any other problem with your item, please contact us immediately at help@brunamalucelli.com so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.
